Takora Connect processes workspace data so teams can run WhatsApp conversations: account details, contacts, messages, and connection metadata for the WhatsApp Business account you connect.

Data is scoped to your organization and workspace. Other tenants cannot see it. Access inside a workspace follows roles and membership.

WhatsApp delivery uses Meta’s Cloud API. Meta’s terms and privacy policy apply to that traffic in addition to Takora Connect.

We do not sell customer conversation data. Retention follows what the product needs to show inbox history and audit logs, and what you delete from the workspace.
