Terms of service
By creating a Takora Connect workspace you agree to use the product for legitimate customer communication on WhatsApp Business, in line with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy.
You are responsible for the WhatsApp Business account you connect, including templates, opt-in, and message content. Takora Connect does not send on a shared number owned by us.
The service is provided as a multi-tenant SaaS. We may update features, suspend abuse, and enforce workspace limits. Paid plans, when used, are billed as agreed at signup or in a separate order.
Meta conversation charges are billed by Meta (or your BSP arrangement) and are separate from Takora Connect subscription fees.
